About this role

Participants will complete three 8-month assignments across various U.S. locations, engaging in hands-on software development, system design, and cross-functional collaboration within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The program emphasizes high-visibility projects, technical training, and mentorship to accelerate career growth into a future technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of frontline software development deliverables
Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware and program management teams
Present technical reviews and strategic engineering data to leadership
