Leadership Services Program Manager

The Program Manager partners with committee and council leads to plan and execute the yearly committee cycle, coordinating logistics, governance, and operational alignment to support the Board and organizational priorities. The role delivers timely, high-touch communications and materials to board members, member champions, and stakeholders, and supports onboarding, elections, and on-site execution for bi-annual leadership meetings. It focuses on optimizing collaboration, maintaining committee documentation and communication channels, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and governance protocols.
