Senior Director, Operational Alignment

The Senior Director, Operational Alignment at the ASPCA partners with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure organizational priorities and projects across the Operations division are aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic plan. This role oversees operational functions of the Office of the COO, including tracking initiatives, monitoring budgets and plans, and leading a small team that provides administrative support to senior leaders including the President & CEO and Board of Directors. The position also supports Executive and Senior Leadership Team operations, meetings, and retreats to drive cross-divisional alignment.
