About this role

Helsing is seeking a Learning and Development Lead to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires in a European defence AI company. In this build role, you will design structured learning pathways, implement scalable infrastructure, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new team members contribute confidently from day one. The position focuses on shaping the onboarding ecosystem that supports rapid integration across engineering and programme management divisions.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver structured onboarding programmes across all divisions
Partner with hiring managers to develop role-specific learning pathways
Build scalable learning infrastructure including LMS and automated workflows
Define and track onboarding success metrics to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with People and Talent teams to coordinate the new hire experience

Qualifications
