As the Learning and Development Manager for Wellways Academy, you will lead organization-wide strategies to build workforce capability and embed lived experience into learning designs. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role partners with leaders to translate reform priorities into meaningful solutions that support high-quality service delivery across Australia. You will drive continuous improvement in learning initiatives while fostering a collaborative culture within the L&D team.
