Responsibilities

Design and deliver onboarding experiences that make new hires feel welcomed and set up for success
Build and update training content including presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions, training workshops, and learning events
Develop and coordinate manager training programs including scheduling, materials, tracking, and feedback
