Learning and Sales Enablement Manager

The Learning and Sales Enablement Manager supports the end-to-end sales learning experience for producers by facilitating training on sales enablement tools, systems, and processes. This role involves delivering instructor-led and virtual training sessions, providing ongoing coaching and support to new and existing producers, and managing the 365-producer onboarding experience. The position requires collaboration with sales leaders and learning team members to ensure consistent, high-quality training and continuous improvement of learning programs.
