Learning Consultant

The Learning Consultant organizes and manages the execution of strategy for assigned learning and development programs under the direction of the Director of Learning & Development. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs for all employees, including instructor-led, eLearning, and web-enabled courses. The position also includes administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and performing high-level administrative functions to support company training initiatives.
