Learning Designer

The Learning Designer creates engaging, accessible, and scalable learning experiences within Lennar’s learning and development organization. Operating as part of a cross-functional program team, this role applies learning science, UX principles, and AI-assisted design practices to build high-quality training assets across multiple modalities. The role requires strong craft judgment to shape and validate content, a collaborative approach to working with Program Leads, Facilitators, and business stakeholders, and the ability to design solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Lennar’s learning technology ecosystem.
