About this role

The Learning and Development Coordinator provides high-level administrative and logistical support to drive the organization's learning strategy. This role ensures the seamless execution of onboarding programs, leadership development initiatives, and enterprise-wide events while maintaining Learning Management Systems. The coordinator acts as a proactive partner to enhance team member growth and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate training sessions, cohort programs, and workshops in-person and virtually
Manage LMS course setup, enrollments, tracking, and compliance reporting
Serve as primary liaison for training communications and follow-up materials
Organize content libraries and maintain accurate learning records
Support budget tracking for L&D initiatives including vendors and supplies
