The Learning & Development Lead will coordinate the Academy’s learning strategy, roadmap, and governance while partnering with HR, Operations, franchise leaders, and other stakeholders to design and deliver capability‑building solutions. This role oversees LMS initiatives, develops leadership and operational learning programs, and uses data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. It reports to the Associate Vice President of Human Resources and provides functional leadership to the Learning & Development team.
