About this role
The Learning and Development Manager at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics leads the design and execution of the Commercial Learning Journey for the United States and Canada, supporting sales processes, business acumen, and new product introductions. The role partners with Sales and Marketing to align learning initiatives with strategic commercial priorities and applies adult learning principles across virtual, in-person, and asynchronous modalities. This position is part of the NACO Learning and Development team and reports to the Director, Learning and Development.
