Learning & Development Manager (Vietnamese only)

The Learning & Development Manager oversees and manages the learning and development processes for all hotel talent, creating and implementing annual training plans, budgets, and programs aligned with organizational goals. The role conducts training needs analyses, delivers engaging training, manages the LMS, measures effectiveness, and leads employee engagement initiatives to foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
