Universal Store
The Learning & Development Manager will lead the design and delivery of learning experiences across retail stores, a distribution centre and the support office, shaping the L&D strategy and fostering a culture of continuous growth. Reporting to the General Manager – People, the role involves creating leadership programs, onboarding experiences, digital learning solutions and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI to engage a predominantly Gen Z workforce.
