The Learning & Development Manager will lead the design and delivery of learning experiences across retail stores, a distribution centre and the support office, shaping the L&D strategy and fostering a culture of continuous growth. Reporting to the General Manager – People, the role oversees an E‑Learning Specialist, creates leadership programs, onboarding, digital and gamified learning, and uses data and emerging technologies to measure impact and drive business performance.
