Learning & Development Manager

This role leads the Learning & Development function by developing and executing the hotel's learning strategy to build organizational capability and enhance employee performance. The position partners with hotel leadership to drive a culture of continuous learning, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and deliver development initiatives that contribute to exceptional guest experiences. The incumbent is responsible for managing training initiatives, the Learning Management System, and talent development programs across all departments.
