Learning & Development Manager

The Learning & Development Manager oversees and manages the learning and development process for all talent within the hotel, ensuring alignment with Accor's philosophy of recognizing and valuing every team member. This role involves developing and implementing the annual training plan, conducting training needs analysis, and designing targeted learning solutions to address skill gaps. The position also focuses on managing the Learning Management System, measuring training effectiveness, and leading employee engagement initiatives to foster a supportive and inclusive organizational culture.
