The Learning & Development Program Coordinator owns the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of PEAK6's enterprise-wide learning ecosystem across the company and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on standing up a firm-wide management training program by sourcing, vetting, and managing external vendors while handling day-to-day operations like scheduling, communications, and reporting. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to identify learning needs and execute talent development initiatives.
