Learning Exp Design & Dev Specialist

As a Learning Experience Design and Development Specialist at Accenture, you will provide day-to-day direction for multiple training development efforts, ensuring projects are executed according to CDC process, quality, and budget standards. You will lead a team of 3-4 Instructional Design Analysts or Senior Analysts, tracking progress to meet agreed-upon schedules and budget requirements. The role involves creating conceptual and detailed designs, facilitating content gathering from Subject Matter Experts, and overseeing training solution production across various development projects.
