Learning Specialist

The Learning Specialist designs and develops outcome-focused organizational learning solutions, working with the Manager, Learning and Performance and a team of learning professionals. The role supports assessment of learning needs and gaps and contributes to building programs that strengthen sales skills, technology competencies, and product knowledge. The specialist will support development of content across formats and collaborate with subject matter experts and senior instructional designers. This position emphasizes instructional best practices and effective deployment of learning through LMS and communications planning.
