Lease Analyst

The Lease Analyst supports clients in managing leased portfolios by abstracting critical lease terms, ensuring accurate rent payments, and reconciling landlord billings. This role involves monitoring budget increases, reviewing landlord records, and performing certification and compliance monitoring as per lease agreements. The position also includes generating reports, analyzing lease profiles, and coordinating monthly rent roll adjustments to provide maximum leverage and flexibility in leased relationships.
