Lease Analyst

The Lease Analyst supports clients in managing leased portfolios using the RealLease technology platform, handling tasks such as abstracting lease terms, processing rent payments, reconciling landlord billings, and providing critical analysis of lease profiles. The role ensures the integrity of the lease administration database, monitors budget increases, and prepares reports and recommendations for stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
