Lease Analyst

The Lease Analyst supports clients in managing leased portfolios using the RealLease technology platform, handling tasks from abstracting lease terms to reconciling landlord billings and providing critical analysis. This role ensures the integrity of the lease administration database, advises on payments, and monitors budget increases to ensure fair and equitable realty tax payments. The position involves generating reports, performing reconciliations, and coordinating lease administration processes to provide tenants with maximum leverage and flexibility.
