Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing production at an apartment community, including meeting and touring leasing prospects, responding to online inquiries, and managing the waitlist. The role involves ensuring leasing targets are met, maintaining high standards for sales and leasing models, and executing the leasing process from lead follow-up to lease agreement preparation. This position requires strong sales and customer service skills in a high-energy, upscale environment.
