Leasing Specialist - 500 Ocean

The Leasing Specialist drives leasing activity by conducting engaging in-person tours, building relationships with prospective residents, and effectively selling the community to encourage application submissions. This role partners with the Community Manager and onsite team to establish leasing, occupancy, and marketing goals while monitoring market conditions to improve occupancy. The position also supports a positive move-in experience, contributes to resident engagement, and helps maintain the community's presentation standards.
