About this role

The Leave and Accommodation Specialist administers employee leave requests and workplace accommodations in compliance with the FMLA, ADA, and various state laws. This role manages complex cases end-to-end using Workday as the system of record, ensuring documentation is accurate, confidential, and audit-ready. The specialist acts as a subject matter expert partnering with HR Business Partners and managers to support employees through sensitive leave and accommodation processes.

Responsibilities

Process and administer federal, state, and company leave requests
Manage the ADA interactive process from intake through resolution
Maintain detailed, confidential, and legally defensible case documentation
Serve as a Workday power user for leave transactions and reporting
Partner with HR Business Partners to implement approved accommodations
