The Leave and Accommodations Case Specialist provides expert guidance and resources to associates regarding leave of absence and workplace accommodation needs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws. This role leads the interactive process for accommodations, manages complex leave cases, and serves as a subject matter expert for HR, managers, and associates. The position supports business continuity by maintaining accurate documentation and delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the leave or accommodation journey.
