About this role
A BBL Apprenticeship as a Learner Cook (Leerling Kok) at Hof van Saksen (part of Landal GreenParks), combining on-the-job work across five restaurants with a vocational training program run in partnership with Drenthe College. Trainees follow a BBL chef course (MBO-level training) while working 3–4 days per week and attending classes one day per week, working toward a nationally recognized MBO diploma. The position is an apprenticeship offering structured guidance, paid study hours, and opportunities for continued employment and growth within the park.
