Legal Advisor

Sargent Electric is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide strategic and day-to-day commercial legal support across the full project lifecycle for its U.S. operating companies in the electrical construction and energy markets. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements while identifying and mitigating legal and contractual risks for business leaders and project teams. This position requires partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of contractual obligations and supporting dispute resolution and claims management.
