Legal Advisor

This fully remote role serves as a strategic advisor to KLDiscovery on commercial contracting, product launches, technology licensing, and legal issues related to AI-enabled products. The position provides day-to-day advice on a wide range of commercial and technology matters, including drafting and negotiating customer and vendor agreements, software and data licensing, and advising on legal and regulatory issues raised by artificial intelligence products and features. The role interfaces regularly with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Executive Management teams across the organization.
