About this role
Regent is hiring a Legal Counsel, Technology & Media to support its media and technology portfolio (including TechCrunch, Foundry, and Cheddar) on commercial and data-related legal matters. The role is transactional and business-facing, focused on enabling growth while managing legal risk and advising senior leadership. This is an in-office position based in New York, Los Angeles, or Boston, five days per week.
