The Legal Counsel at Gearset will join a small in-house legal team supporting a fast-growing Salesforce DevOps company in Cambridge. The role focuses on enabling business growth while managing legal risk, working closely with sales, customer success, IT, and engineering teams. The position also plays a key role in ensuring compliance with national and international data protection laws and in developing the legal function as the company scales. This is a junior to mid-level role offering a supportive, entrepreneurial environment with significant exposure to complex commercial matters.
