Legal Counsel

This role involves managing legal matters related to hedge fund, hybrid fund, and hedge fund investing and structuring within Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing. The position requires structuring, negotiating, and forming commingled and customized funds, as well as executing direct and indirect investments across various strategies. The successful candidate will interact with internal business groups and external clients while managing external counsel and reviewing legal documentation.
