Legal Counsel

Nexora is seeking a commercially focused Legal Counsel to support its North American Legal & Compliance function, providing hands-on exposure to commercial contracting, operational legal support, and regulatory obligations. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders, managing external counsel, and overseeing corporate governance and entity management activities for U.S. subsidiaries. The position requires a U.S. qualified attorney with 4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
