About this role
The Fund Services Legal Specialist provides legal support and business-minded counsel for post-close actions across Belltower’s portfolio of early-stage venture investments. The role supports PCA transactions, helps manage legal risk for funds and LPs, and contributes to building systems and processes to improve Fund Services operations. This position reports to the Fund Services Counsel and collaborates across legal, finance, compliance, and operations to enable efficient fund administration.
