Lending Assistant

This role is responsible for performing a variety of services for customers in a timely and professional manner, including the preparation of new loans and the maintenance of existing loans. The position involves greeting customers, processing credit applications, and coordinating the preparation of loan closing documents for Commercial and Industrial loans. Additionally, the role requires managing loan documentation, ensuring lien perfection, and handling customer service requests such as wire transfers and payoff quotes.
