Lending Compliance Program Manager

The Lending Compliance Program Manager manages and monitors the regulatory compliance management program for Tower Federal Credit Union’s Lending Division. This role supports the Vice President of Lending Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, serving as a main contact for regulatory, audit, and legal matters while ensuring compliance with real estate and consumer lending laws. The position provides leadership and guidance to the Lending Division in loan origination and servicing processes.
