Lending Operations Specialist

This role drives the end-to-end mortgage operations lifecycle, managing high-value settlements from unconditional approval to completion while supporting post-settlement servicing for the full borrower lifecycle. The incumbent acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including brokers, solicitors, and funders to ensure deadlines are met and risks are mitigated. Responsibilities extend to processing servicing requests, managing discharges, and contributing to workflow improvements using automation.
