Level 2 Managed Service Engineer

The Level 2 Managed Service Engineer for the End-to-End Observability team is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and Datadog configuration across the observability stack. This role serves as the primary escalation point for L1 engineers, independently resolving moderately complex incidents spanning application, infrastructure, network, and cloud-native environments. The position involves leading incident bridge calls, mentoring junior engineers, and driving continual service improvement to ensure adherence to SLAs and quality documentation.
