The Level 3 Product Technical Support Engineer, Officer serves as the advanced escalation layer for complex CRIMS technical, functional, and operational issues within the Financial Technology sector. This role focuses on diagnosing root causes, distinguishing software defects from configuration or infrastructure faults, and designing workarounds to minimize disruption to trading functions. The position requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Engineering, QA, and operational teams to resolve critical incidents and drive systemic improvements.

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex technical problems and determine true root cause
Provide technical leadership on critical incidents and coordinate across teams
Create and manage Jira defects and support hotfix deployment
