Liaison Engineer

The Liaison Engineer acts as a technical bridge between design engineering, manufacturing operations, and external suppliers to ensure engineering intent is correctly translated into manufacturable solutions. This role involves real-time troubleshooting, driving design-for-manufacturability improvements, and managing non-conformances to support efficient production. The position requires interpreting complex engineering drawings, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating on automation and robotics integration. The Liaison Engineer ensures product quality, production flow, and compliance with standards while providing immediate technical support to shop floor personnel.
