Licensed Insurance Agent, Retention

This role focuses on existing customers to increase insurance policy sales and retention by offering advocacy, selling additional products, and providing rewritten policies when applicable. The Licensed Insurance Agent, Retention conducts renewal and new business reviews, processes endorsements, and provides guidance on claims-related items. Reporting to the Manager of Retention, the position requires an active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License.
