About this role
The Licensed Manager I, Care Management will oversee care managers within North Carolina’s Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP) to support Medicaid-enrolled children, youth, young adults, and families involved in the child welfare system. This field-based role covers Buncombe, Henderson, and Haywood counties and combines in-person community engagement with virtual work. The position focuses on ensuring integrated, coordinated care across physical health, behavioral health, I/DD, and long-term services and supports.
