About this role
Manager I Care Management for the Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP) leads regional care management operations to support Medicaid-enrolled children, youth, young adults, and families involved in the child welfare system. The role is field-based in Guilford County, NC, and ensures consistent access to integrated physical, behavioral, pharmacy, I/DD, and long-term services across the CFSP. The position is part of a statewide Medicaid initiative delivered in partnership with North Carolina DHHS and Elevance Health.
