COMHAR
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, overseeing client care, medication administration, and health safety. The role involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting residents with daily living activities and community integration. This full-time position is based in the Philadelphia, PA area with a Monday-Friday schedule and rotating on-call weekend duties.
