Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to an assigned group of patients or residents in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, following established policies, procedures, and the Standards of Practice for LPNs in British Columbia. The role involves conducting assessments, implementing and evaluating care plans, administering medications (excluding IV), documenting care, and acting as an advocate for patients while supporting the RN/RPN as needed.
