Life Contact Center Trainer & QA Analyst

This role involves developing and managing the Life Contact Center training program, coordinating system testing, and maintaining workflow procedures. The position requires partnering with other departments to research and share materials while assisting in the development of benchmarks and standard operating procedures. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to the Indianapolis office for new hire training sessions.
