Lifecycle Operations Manager

The Lifecycle Operations Manager serves as the technical partner to marketing strategy, translating lifecycle briefs and journey maps into functional, tested flows within Klaviyo and Postscript. This role is responsible for maintaining the technical health of the lifecycle stack, ensuring accurate data tracking, and overseeing the end-to-end QA and launch process for email and SMS campaigns. The position requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, troubleshooting integration issues, and optimizing operational efficiency for a fast-growing DTC brand.
