Lifeguard

This role is responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas while creating a positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement. The position requires active surveillance of the pool area, responding to illness and injury incidents, and ensuring compliance with all safety rules and policies. The employee will also conduct patron swimming tests, maintain equipment, and foster positive relationships with patrons and staff.
