YMCA of Greater Louisville
This position supervises daily pool activities and is responsible for maintaining a safe pool atmosphere while preventing accidents. The role serves as a positive role model for members and creates a character-developing environment. The incumbent ensures constant surveillance of the pool area and responds immediately to emergency situations in accordance with YMCA policies.
